Exciting opportunity as a Senior Partner Manager at a growing international tech company involved in Food Traceability – Connected Products – Big Data – Supply chain visibility.
The role entails building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders as well as lead generation and sales follow-up. You will be given a small portfolio of partners and be a part of evaluating and onboarding new partners that might be needed for a new market vertical or for a new region.

Our customers are international corporations within the CPG/FMCG space across multiple verticals and at Kezzler we extend our business reach, technological capabilities, and our ability to innovate faster through a strong ecosystem of Partners. We work with both global and regional companies to deliver, implement and augment Kezzler projects at various stages of the product lifecycle.
We are now looking for a Senior Partner Manager with a deep understanding of commercial relationships to work with our growing list of partners. The right candidate will be a driving force in creating and developing successful collaborations with a set of dedicated partners in order to reach our goals.
You will report to VP of Partnerships at Kezzler and work closely with other Partner Managers and the commercial team globally. In addition, there are very close ties to both the product team and presales team.
The role entails building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders as well as lead generation and sales follow-up. You will be given a small portfolio of partners and be a part of evaluating and onboarding new partners that might be needed for a new market vertical or for a new region.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for partner relationship management, and partner sales growth
- Perform demos and train partners on Kezzler’s solutions, participate in webinars and conferences etc
- Where relevant you will also be a part of the sales process towards partners customers
- You will understand and drive commercial set-up and negotiations of partnership agreement, as well as set up goals for each partner and follow up on commitments
- Understand end customer needs and bridge those to the Kezzler solution and our work with partners
- Actively map partner stakeholders and identify sales reps, product specialists, marketing staff, technical teams etc., to build ambassadors recommending the Kezzler solution
- Work with product management and marketing to make sure that Kezzler solutions are aligned with partner needs
Background and personality
- You need to be great at building and retaining strong relationships with our partners as well as to your colleagues to succeed in this role
- You should have a good understanding of technology and want to work in a busy high growth scale-up environment with a structured approach to your work
- You have experience from either CPG/FMCG brand management or logistics, production automation or smart packaging
- Experience with traceability solutions and technology is a very big advantage
- Experience with RFIs/RFP related sales activities is an advantage
- Understanding of and experience with legal agreements is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with sales and partner management with SaaS solutions in an international environment
- Relevant University Degree in business, technology or other
- Fluent in English, Norwegian not a requirement
- Willingness to travel
The role is based in Oslo, Norway, but other remote locations in Europe can be considered for senior applicants.
